✅ Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in original packaging with tags (if any).

📸 Note: Clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any damage/issue claims.

🔁 Return Process

If your order meets the above conditions:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 7845550170

     within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, product name, and a clear unboxing video.

  3. After verification, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the same product (if available), or

    • A store credit to use on your next purchase.

🚚 Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned without an unboxing video.

  • Used, damaged (after delivery), or altered items.

  • Customised bridal orders or pre-booked collections.

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen settings).

  • Delay in courier delivery (once dispatched, we rely on third-party couriers).

💸 Refund Policy

As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will only be processed in the form of:

  • Store credit, or

  • Exchange (based on stock availability).

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing. For urgent changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp.
